The Great Candy Caper!

Mrs. Isaacs gave out class three pieces of candy: cherry, sour, and licorice. She then asked us to write what we did and didn't like. Listed below is our opinions. This week, our class tried a few different types of candy: cherry, sour, licorice.

   I like the cherry candy the best because I like any cherry flavored food or drink. I liked the licorice, but it had a terrible after taste. The sour candy was good, but it was too chewy and it stuck to my teeth. That’s why I liked the cherry the best.

My favorite candy was the sour candy. I think the sour candy was the best. I love sour things, and I thought it was sweet and fruity, and it had a good after taste. The sour is better than the other two candies because the licorice got stuck in my teeth and the cherry made my mouth water too much. That’s why I liked the sour candy!

Our class tried three different type of candy. I think that sour candy is the best because it was tangy, strong, and really sour. The cherry tasted like medicine. The licorice tasted like cinnamon and peppermint mixed together and had an after taste. That is the reason why I like the sour candy better than cherry and the licorice.

Hello, are class tasted three different kinds of candy. I liked the sour candy because it was good. I liked the candy because it made my tongue fizzy it was delicious. The sour candy was good because I liked the after taste. I liked it because it made my tongue numb because it was so sour. The Scottish licorice was good when you bit it was good but it had a bad after taste. The cherry candy tasted like a cough drop. That’s the reason why I like the sour candy because it was the best candy to me, maybe not to you, but I like the sour the best.

A few days ago, my awesome music teacher came in with three types of candy. By the way, when a teacher comes in with a bag of candy, really get excited. My favorite candy that she made us try was by far was the sour candy. I’m a huge sour candy fan, and there’s probably not a type of sour candy out there that I haven’t tried. I especially loved this kind though because it was like who ever made it threw an extra splash of flavor in there, and it was over the top. I have to admit though; it did have its flaws. It didn’t really have much of an after taste, the peach flavor wasn’t that much like peach at all, and it kind of stuck to the roof of your mouth.

The one I liked next was the cherry candy and not because it was good but because our other choice was 10 times worse. Anyway it tasted like medicine that you get for a sore throat. It was a little chewy, and by a little I mean a lot. I had to scrape it off my teeth when I was done with it. It did have the best aftertaste though. It was nothing like the other choice which was black licorice. EWWW is all I have to say about that kind. It made me want to puke my guts out, it was so bad. It made me gag! I had to leave the room immediately to get a drink of water. I hated it! I’m pretty sure that the sour candy was the best.

Our class tried three different kinds of candy. My favorite candy was the sour candy. I liked it because it was juicy and sour. I love both of those things. I like the sour candy better than the cherry because I didn't like the outside of the cherry candy or the inside. I also liked the sour candy better than the licorice because the licorice was way too bland and way too chewy. And that’s why I think the sour candy was the best.

Our class tried three types of candy: sour, licorice and cherry! The sour candy is my favorite because it is soft, chewy, and very sour. The reason why I liked sour better than licorice is that the licorice tasted like root beer and it was bitter.  I felt a switch that went off in my head that made me gag.  Last is cherry, it was unsweet, and it tasted like medicine. Who wants to take medicine when they don’t have to? I spit it out right when I put it in my mouth. To sum it up, I liked sour candy the best.

I think the sour candy is the best because it has a really good tangy flavor and as soon as you pop it in your mouth it burst with sourness. After you taste the sourness it’s sweet. I think the sour candy is better because the licorice had a really bad after taste. The cherry candy is way too sweet for me. Sure, I like sweet things, but the cherry is still too sweet. It looks delicious, but don’t judge a book by its cover. That’s the reason why I like the sour candy the best.

I like the sour candy because it had a strong flavor that was sour apple. I didn’t like the licorice because it tasted badly and the after tasted was horrible.  The cherry tasted pretty good and I liked the after taste. And that’s why I liked the sour candy the best.

My favorite candy is the licorice. I like the licorice because of the taste it tasted great. The cherry tasted like medicine and the sour was just not the candy you will want to buy. You should really try the licorice candy.

My class had three different kinds of candy. My favorite was sour because it was chewy and it got stuck on my teeth. Cherry was good, but it tasted like medicine .The licorice was not good. I thought it was awful.
And that is why I thought the sour candy was the best.

Mrs. Isaacs came to are class and gave us three kinds of candy cherry, licorice, and sour. I liked the sour candy because it stated of off sour and ended sweet the flavor and it made my mouth water. I didn't like licorice because it is too mushy.  It had a bad aftertaste and it didn't look appetizing. The sour candy was the most appetizing.

My class tasted three pieces of candy. My favorite is sour all I could feel was the sweet sour rushing through my mouth. I didn't like the cherry because it didn't have enough flavors and the licorice was just YEAH YUCKO …I HATED it. So I like the sour best.

My favorite kind of candy was the sour candy.

I liked it because it was mouth puckering delicious! Yummy!

The cherry tasted like medicine, and the licorice tasted like something out of a toilet! YUCK!

That’s why the sour candy was my favorite kind of candy.

Our class tried three types of candy my favorite candy is the sour candy. When it comes to me and the licorice I’m not a fan. The reason why is because it was too strong, and it taste like expired root beer. It makes you feel like you’re about to throw up.

The cherry candy was not enjoyable.

Because it tasted like medicine, it actually upset my stomach. Now to me, the sour candy is amazing because you can actually enjoy it. When you put it in your mouth, it makes it water. If I had to rate the candy on a scale of 1 to 10 I’d have to say sour candy 10, cherry candy 4, and the licorice 0.

   Our class tried three types of candy.                                                                                                            My My favorite candy was the cherry because it melted in my mouth! I loved it. Hope I can test it next year!!! I give it a 100 %!!!

The licorice was okay, but not the best because it had a bad after taste. It was not that good; I give it a 1%!!!

The sour was the worst because it made my eyes water. I did not like it at all!!!! I give it a 0 %!!

And that’s why I liked the cherry the best!

 Our class tasted three different kinds of candy and they were sour, cherry, and licorice. I thought the cherry was the best because I love cherries. I didn’t like sour because whenever I taste something sour it feels like my mouth water a lot. I thought licorice didn’t taste good because it tasted like   coffee without sugar.  And that’s why I liked cherry the best!
